In May, 2017, I graduated with my Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College.

I have been a Speech Language Pathologist with the Houston County School System for 15 years.  I have served various elementary, middle, and high schools within the county.  I am currently serving Lake Joy Elementary and Westside Elementary.

I grew up on a farm in Hawkinsville, Georgia.  After graduation from high school and college, I moved to Perry, Georgia and began working for the Houston County School System as a Speech Pathologist.  In 2013, I moved to Cochran, Georgia, where I currently reside with my husband and 2 stepsons.

I currently hold a Georgia Teaching Certificate, Georgia State Licensure for Speech Pathology, and American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association certification.  I am also the Department Chair for the Special Education Department at Lake Joy Elementary.
