I was born in San Diego, California and moved to North Georgia where I grew up until attending college at Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education with a concentration in Math and Reading. I received a Masters of Science in Post Secondary Education from Troy University and would love to be a college professor after retiring. This is my fourteenth year teaching, and I love year fourteen as much as I loved my first year! I am currently an EIP teacher here at Westside, but have taught grades 3-5 as a classroom teacher. Houston County has been home for me for more than ten years now, and this truly is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. I have two boys who keep me very busy, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Most weekends, you can find us at the ballpark, soccer fields, or skatepark. I absolutely love my Wildcat family, and I am proud to be a Westside Wildcat!
