My name is Terri Lynn Chavira. I am happily married to my husband, Erik, and together we have five beautiful children. One of my dreams growing up was to become a teacher. That dream became a reality after graduating from Macon State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I began teaching Kindergarten at Westside Elementary in the fall of 2013 and am entering my 11th year in the classroom. Teaching is my passion and what I feel I was called to do in life. My goal is to provide a safe, inviting, and nurturing environment where my students will flourish and blossom as learners.
