Hey, my name is Debraca Walker Tookes! I grew up in Oglethorpe, Ga where I attended Macon County Elementary School followed by Macon County Middle School. I graduated from Macon County High School in 2010. In 2016, I married my wonderful husband, Kistal. I have three wonderful children, Keldon (11), Kaylin (8), and Kaizee (7 months). In May of 2020, I graduated from Middle Georgia State University with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Special Education along with a reading endorsement. Also, I completed my Master's degree in 2022 at Valdosta State University.
I started my teaching career at Westside Elementary School, as a 3rd grade teacher in August 2020. I'm extremely passionate about teaching and love seeing the growth in my students.
