Hello! My name is Charmaine Scott. I am a proud product of the Houston County School System. I graduated high school from Houston County High then I went on to graduate with my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education from Armstrong Atlantic State University. I started teaching in 2014 at Matilda Hartley Elementary then Alexander 2 Magnet School in Macon, GA. I have taught Kindergarten at Westside Elementary for three years. What I love most about teaching at our school is how much heart it has. Everyone—from the teachers to the office staff—cares deeply about the students and their success. My goal for this upcoming school year is to help students develop curiosity and confidence so they feel excited about learning and proud of their progress every step of the way.
