I grew up in Chatsworth, Georgia, but I moved to Warner Robins in 2011. In 2014, I received my Business degree from Kaplan University. However, in 2014 I became a substitute teacher for Houston County, and I fell in love with teaching. With the support of my husband and two boys, I began my teaching degree soon after. I graduated in 2017 from Grand Canyon University. Every day that I get to talk with and teach my students is a blessing, and one I am thankful for each day.
